Heat treatment processes
HartMet® offers comprehensive heat treatment services, including hardening, carburizing, carbonitriding, and tempering in fully automated and monitored continuous furnaces.
We perform hardening in a protective atmosphere of hydrocarbon gases at temperatures up to a maximum of 870°C, allowing for optimal technical parameters for various materials. Additionally, we offer hardening after carbonitriding, achieving surface hardness up to 820 HV and layer thicknesses from 0.02 to 0.3 mm. The tempering process, with a maximum temperature of 670°C, is tailored to customer requirements to ensure the appropriate hardness of the components.
Precise hardening and carbonitriding processes
Our machinery park includes the fully automated and monitored REMIX ATE-100 line, as well as continuous furnaces from SELAS and ŚWIEBODZIN. The furnaces are powered by a modern, maintenance-free generator from UPC MARATHON.
The heat treatment processes are fully controlled, monitored, and archived.
