HartMet® offers comprehensive tool shop services, including the production of single-stage and multi-stage dies, tooling, and specialized parts for firearms and equipment for both military and civilian parachutes. With a modern machinery park and advanced CAD/CAM technologies, we are able to execute both prototypes and serial production, ensuring short lead times and the highest precision.
Advanced processing and prototype production technologies
Our tool shop is equipped with advanced CNC, conventional, and EDM machines, allowing us to execute even the most complex projects. We produce both single-stage and multi-stage dies, as well as tools, fixtures, and gauges. Production is carried out using the EROWA standardization system and advanced 3D/CAD/CAM SolidWorks software, ensuring the highest quality and precision.
