Our measurement laboratory is equipped with the latest devices, providing complete control over the production process from start to finish. We conduct measurements of length, angle, positional deviations, shape errors, as well as hardness and microhardness of metals. Every stage of production is closely monitored, and full inspection documentation is available from the moment the material enters until the final product is ready.
Production support
Our quality specialists support production and are fully involved in the development and implementation of new technologies. They co-create complete PPAP documentation, actively participate in problem-solving using quality tools, and maintain full oversight of the accuracy of documentation and the status of measuring equipment.
International quality standards
At HartMet®, we prioritize precision by utilizing top-of-the-line equipment, such as the Wenzel LH-54 CMM, Matsuzawa AMT-X7 microhardness tester, and MAHR roughness tester. Each production batch undergoes thorough testing, and, upon client request, we can conduct production in compliance with the IATF 16949 standard requirements. Our quality management system is certified according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and NATO AQAP 2110:2016 standards."
